A very good opportunity for all of us to learn more about brain research . In addition, it is a very good way to learn what happens inside our head, and question how and why it happens.
Being a volunteer for two consecutive years (2006-2007), I really enjoyed giving information about neuroscience to people. Children where quite amusing, since trying to explain to a ten year old, that a specific part of the brain ''lights up'' when you speak or think in a fMRI image, is a bit tricky. There was always a why behind any explanation I gave!
